At Ram Products, our elite, factory-authorized service team holds the qualifications and experience to perform industry leading repairs and installations on pressure washers, parts washer cabinets, air compressors, generators, and much more.

Fully Stocked Service Trucks

Our technicians are at the ready to dispatch to your location in one of our fully-stocked service trucks for emergency repairs, planned maintenance, scheduled repairs and installations. Our trucks are nearing the capabilities of our shop, so you can rest easy that our team will have you back up and running in a timely manner. Technicians hold all necessary training and certifications to perform whatever repairs are needed, and their top priority is customer service and satisfaction. Mobile units can be employed to perform simpler repairs, such as replacing a belt, or we can utilize our entire service team to execute high-level installations, such as installing a complex water treatment system and wash bay.

In-House Capabilities

As one of the region’s best-equipped service shops in the industry, our shop has a long list of capabilities that translate to not having a need to bring in third parties to help with repairs. Those capabilities include welding and custom fabrication (reel stands/trailer repair/etc.), high and low-pressure plumbing, diagnosing and repairing electrical, engine, mechanical problems, burner, pump and coil diagnostics and repair, tire and wheel repair/replacement, performing full-spectrum planned maintenance on all types of machines, motor/generator work, and virtually anything else that comes across our table – we have the ability to handle.
