The Sioux Steam-Flo® commercial grade generator provides continuous, unlimited steam.
Easy to maintain and built to last.
Skid or leg mount units available for stationary applications.

The vessel is registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, meets requirements of CSD-1 of the ASME Code, and is built to Section IV of the ASME code.
Sioux’s Low NOx Steam-Flo® steam generator meets California’s South Coast Air Quality standards.
Third party approved to UL508A and CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 14-10, ensuring that the entire control panel assembly meets the UL and CSA standards. Canadian Registration Number (CRN).

Sioux Water Heater M Series

Designed as modular units, the Sioux M Series water heaters allow you to make a minimal investment to start, with the option to expand your system as your operation grows. This also provides the coil water heaters a small footprint. Coming pre-plumbed and pre-wired, these heaters are simple to install. Just connect the Sioux water heater to the required utilities and you’re ready to go.

Sioux Dakota II Series Engine Driven

Sioux Engine driven pressure washers and steam cleaners require no external power source making them ideal for cleaning at remote sites. Self-contained units are integrated with an engine driven pressure washer/steam cleaner with a water tank engine on a heavy duty skid or over the road trailer. Standard pressure washer models provide steam cleaning, hot pressure washing and cold pressure rinse in one compact unit. The steam capabilities on Sioux engine driven pressure washers and steam cleaners features 310°F-320°F (154°C -160°C) saturated steam. Standard units come complete with a high quality engine, heavy-duty triplex plunger pump, 120 volt oil fired burner, 2400 watt generator, steel constructed diesel fuel tank, Honda approved gas fuel tank (for gas engine models), dual function float/antifreeze tank, fuel water separator and filter, 50 ft (15 m) high pressure hose, trigger type shut-off gun with lance, and upstream detergent metering. Power

Walters Steam Guns are built for the toughest cleaning situations. Our proprietary stainless steel valve easily handles 450°F (232.2°C) super-heated water temperatures blasting through at 12 gallons per minute (45.4 LPM). The unique EasyFlow construction means our steam spray guns can take 1,500 PSI (103.4 BAR) of pressure…with virtually zero loss…for maximum cleaning power.

Durability

The barrel is constructed of schedule 40 steel pipe. The CoolGrip front handle is spring mounted. The EasyFlow stainless swivel tubing and the adjustable swivel packing don’t leak; they have a large inside diameter and clear flow path to resist clogging. The valve body is stainless steel to resist corrosion and the handle is zinc plated to resist rust.

Ease of Use

360° live swivels let operators stop fighting the hose and easily get the nozzle into tight spots where they need the steam to go. Because the gun is well-balanced it feels light and floats in your hands. It’s easy to use all day long. The EasySqueeze cushioned safety valve takes no more effort than the spray nozzle on a garden hose…even under a pressure of 1,500 PSI (103.4 BAR).

Safety

Walters Steam Guns are designed with operator safety in mind. The CoolGrip front handle dissipates heat effectively through its innovative mounting springs and vented construction. The handle perforations also make it easy to grasp and slip resistant. High pressure spray is always under operator control, due to the specially designed auto-shut off safety valve. One or two swivels provides positive gun control at all times, no matter how awkward the job.
